Mental Health Support for Moms

The grant will financially support the mental health services for expectant / new moms. If you are a mom who needs mental health support during this time, we offer access to mental health professionals who can assess your immediate need and work with you to provide the next step in your wellness journey.

HEALTHY EATING WORKSHOPS

Two interactive workshops on educating mothers with / without families on healthy eating habits. These workshops address poor eating habits which is the root cause for many chronic health conditions. For school aged children there will be a hands-on activity to teach kids with/without how to build healthy eating kits that they can take with them. These workshops serve the FULL family unit as part of the PSF's overall mission to support women and children.

For moms and babies

Moms and babies who participate in this program may receive expectant mom kits, safe sleep kits for babies, and other items.
