2026 Scholarship Applications
The application and transcript deadline is April 18, 2026.
Applicants cannot apply for more than two (2) scholarships.
PLEASE NOTE: PSF Scholarships are for permanent Michigan Residents who reside within the geographical areas (Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne Counties) identified by the Foundation.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: All emailed questions must be submitted by the student and come from the student’s email address. Parents must not contact the Scholarship Committee on behalf of their student(s). No Exceptions.

PSF Aspiring Leaders Scholarship
Amount: $2,000
School Level: High School Students
Criteria:
1. Must graduate from high school in 2026
2. Must attend an accredited College or University in the fall
3. Must have at least a cumulative GPA of 2.5
4. Must be an AKATEEN-Southfield
PSF General Youth Leadership Scholarship
Amount: $1,500 (2)
School Level: High School Students
Criteria:
1. Must graduate from high school in 2026
2. Must attend an accredited 4 year College or University in the fall
3. Must have at least a cumulative GPA of 2.5
PSF Juneteenth Rising Promise Scholarship
Amount: $1,500
Southfield University High School or Southfield A&T High School Seniors ONLY
Criteria:
1. Must graduate from high school in the 2026 academic year
2. any accredited 4 year College / University in the Fall 2026
3. Must have at least a cumulative GPA of 2.5
PSF Trailblazer Scholarships
Amount: $1,500 (2)
School Level: High School Students
Criteria:
1. Must graduate from high school in the 2026 academic year
2. Must plan to attend any accredited 4 year College / University in the fall of 2026
3. GPA Requirements - one scholarship for each
a) 2.5 -- 2.9 GPA
b) 3.0 and above
John T. and Pamela R. Miller Scholarship
Amount: $1,000.00
School Level: High School Students
Criteria:
1. Must graduate from high school in 2025/2026 academic year
2. Must plan to attend an accredited 4 year HBCU in the fall of 2025
3. Must have at least a cumulative GPA of 2.5
*This scholarship renews for 4 years.
PSF Trailblazer Scholarship
Amount: $1,500.00
School Level: High School Students
Criteria:
1. Must graduate from high school in 2026
2. Scholarship #1 - For Students with a GPA 2.5-2.9 only
3.Scholarship #2 - For Students with a GPA 3.0 and above
4. Must plan to attend a 4-year College or University
5. Students who have overcome obstacles in life to succeed in school will be given strong consideration
Anglin & birk Memorial Scholarship
Amount: $2,000.00
School Level: College Students
Criteria:
1. Must be enrolled in a four year college/university
2. Must have a major in education.
3. Must have at least a cumulative GPA of 2.5
Pi Tau Omega General Scholarship
Amount: $1,500.00 (2)
School Level: High School Students
Criteria:
1. Must graduate from high school in 2026
2. Must attend an accredited 4 year College or University in the fall
3. Must have at least a cumulative GPA of 2.5
PSF 1908 HBCU Scholarship
Amount: $1,500
School Level: High School Students
Criteria:
1. Must graduate from high school in 2026
2. Must attend an accredited HBCU
(Historically Black Colleges & Universities) in the fall 2026.
3. Must have at least a cumulative GPA of 2.5
Pi Tau Omega HBCU Scholarship
Amount: $1,000
School Level: High School Students
Criteria:
1. Must graduate from high school in 2026
2. Must attend an accredited HBCU

All4Fitness Book Award
Amount: $600.00
School Level: High School or College Students
Criteria:
1. Must have graduated from high school in 2026 & must have at least a cumulative GPA of 2.5
2. Must plan to attend a 4-year College or University & enroll in Kinesiology or Pre- Med Program

James Reynolds, JR. Memorial Scholarship
Amount: $2,000.00

Criteria:
1. Must graduate from high school in 2026
2. Must attend an accredited HBCU (Historically Black Colleges & Universities) in the fall 2026.
3. Must have at least a cumulative GPA of 2.5
4. Must be a student athlete
Total Talents Leadership in Service Scholarship
Amount: $1,000.00
School Level: High School or College Students
Criteria:
1. Must graduate from high school in 2026
2. Must attend an accredited 4-year College or University in 2026.
3. Must have at least a cumulative GPA of 3.0
Kemp funeral & cremation services Stem Scholarship
Amount: $2,500.00
School Level: High School or College Students
Criteria:
1. Must graduate from high school in 2026
2. Must attend an accredited 4-year College or University in 2026.
3. Must major in Science or Business.
4. Must have at least a cumulative GPA of 2.5 *
This scholarship comes with an opportunity to
apply for a paid summer internship @ K.F.H.
PSF Juneteenth Legacy of Excellence Scholarship
Amount: $1,500.00
School Level: College Students
Criteria:
1. This scholarship is available to a rising sophomore, junior or senior currently enrolled and pursuing a degree at a four-year accredited university or college.
2. College Students: G.P.A. 3.0 and a minimum of 12 credit hours
3. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen
Gwendolyn White-Kinslow Wilberforce University Scholarship
Amount: $1,000.00
School Level: High School or College Students
Criteria:
1. Must graduate from high school in 2026 academic year and plan to attend Wilberforce University in the fall of 2026 OR
2. Currently a student at Wilberforce University in good standing and planning to continue studies at Wilberforce University in the fall 0f 2026
College or University in 2026.
3. Must have at least a cumulative GPA of 2.5
JOrdan Turner Grit & Grind Scholarship
Amount: $1,500.00
School Level: High School
Criteria:
1. Must be enrolled in an accredited 4-year College or University in 2026.
2. Must be playing sports on an NCAA team at your chosen college or university.
3. The student must play a sport in the NCAA program at their school and must not be on althletic scholarship.
4. Must have at least a cumulative GPA of 3.0

1. Must graduate from high school in 2025/2026 academic year
2. Must plan to attend an accredited 4-year College or University

School Level: Must be an undergraduate or graduate at WAYNE STATE UNIVERSITY 2025/2026 academic year
Criteria:
1. must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
2. Student must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Social Work.
